Olde House at Home 3 2 Duke of Wellington
Excellent result for the home team last night, even the inclusion of a World Championship semi-finalist not enough for the Duke to win. ;D
Neilh 2700 - 11820 Chris Reeves - Chris opened with 5kish but left a one-up short. Neil retrieved break but messed up a 50-10 split on 2k. Chris had 2 further breaks to Neil's none.
Nick 11150 - 1600 Chris Tupper - Impressive 10k opener and touch from Nick.
Tony 3060 - 1720 Mal Spier - Mal never got to grips with the various nuances of the table. ;) Tony had the break back several times without making any significant scores, although enough to take the important win.
Barney 8990 - 1750 Nigel Senior - Paul opened with 5k and when Nigel retrieved the balls at first visit it looked ominous, however he was off quickly. A bit of ball-chasing then Paul added a further 3.5k.
Gary 1480 - 8880 Richard Wooton - Richard opened with 5k and pegged them. Gary not able to capitalise and Richard killed the game with a nice 8k break. Gary eventually had time for a little 1k break at the end.
Olde House continue their good early season form; 4 out of 5 now, including beating 2 Premier sides.

Wasn't sure about 20., so correct answer is Derek Bentley (played by Christopher Eccleston in the film)
