Well spotted, Milhouse. Yes as a God-fearing person I am phased by that. Even put me and John Turner off once when we arrived at the Dyke Tavern to play a Sussex Pairs match and noticed the pub sign was a devil with a pitchfork stoking the fires of hell. Needless to say, I played terribly. :-[

Me thinks you forgot to mention West Ham :P Breaking news..............It was announced earlier today that West Ham had found a new sponsor in Richard Branson. But the deal fell through when the players were asked to wear shirts with a Virgin logo on them...........it would have contravened the trades description act as they are getting stuffed on a regular basis. :o

A frequent sight at bar billiards do's. My best one was last year at the international. I'm not a fan of dressing up in dickie bows for these comps, matching shirts are much nicer and better to play in (thanks Paul S. this year). I looked at the invite and there was nowt about headgear, so wore my grubby Manx GP baseball cap with the waiter's gear. Captain Kev was not amused ;D and told me quite clearly where to put it!!. Sav

A frequent sight at bar billiards do's. If ever there is a sight not to be seen this is it, having witnessed this too many times in the Dover and Deal league. The only thing that comes close is him in his 1930 crash helmet ....... or him riding his pee taking Ariel 3 trike. ;) God help us if we get to see all three at same time ::) :'( :-*

Hmmmm it depends wot you mean by legue really ::) If that wos an attempt at schoolboy French and you mean some sort of vegetable I suggest you start your own thread entitled 'Whippersnappercolemanators Culinary Position of The Day' :o :o If perchance it wos an English smelling pistake and you want an update on the Kipling table you'll just have wait as it takes time to randomly award points here and there :P

It is turning into one of the three major events on the calendar,
1. National bar billiards rankings; 2. The Kipling Awards; 3. Quazza (forum quiz) rankings.
The whippersnappercolemanator is right on one thing, we need regular updates on matters of such great importance to our members. ;)
