Great decision to bring back Mr Kipling: Gunga Din would definitely approve.
Kipling was very fond of Sussex, you know, here's one of his verses:
God gives all men all earth to love, But, since man's heart is smal, Ordains for each one spot shal prove Beloved over all. Each to his choice, and I rejoice The lot has fallen to me In a fair ground-in a fair ground -- Yea, Sussex by the sea!

Ah........Now there's good news and bad news here in that you don't get Veronicas points unless I say so, and I don't say so, so, although you gets the points you have rightfully earnt, Veronica will take her rightful place in Div 2 as a Poppies Tart :P :o ::) ;D :-* :-X

:o Talking about tarts. Greetings from Jersey. They will be no New Year at the Cosmopolitan Club this time around though, as we will be celebrating at my sisters in St. Peter's Valley. Happy New Year to all who know me and here's to a tart-filled 2007 (must be careful how I communicate that to Heather!). If there are any more parties in Jersey I don't yet know about, all offers would be welcome from the Jersey possie!! ;D

How did Roo's Jersey posse party pussy hunt go, one wonders ? Or was it a secret mission to practise for next years W/Champs and gain a start on the rest of us ? Either way, I can't think of a better way to start off the New Year. 8-)

:'( It went great thanks Tommo. The problem is, I think I may be in for some 'major' tart points for falling in my sister's fish pond at 3.00am this morning and totally submerging myself with Captain Nemo and his fish-like followers. It was witnessed by ALL and I believe photos were taken. Watch out Harry Hill! :-/
Anyway, I eventually got to bed at 5.00am this morning and have had nothing but the piss taken out of me since. Names like 'Swampy', "Jacques" (Cousteau!), "Roo..nami" and "The Codfather" all spring to mind. ;D

Holy mackerel, Roo ! That will take some living down: MrMike007 is still known as Jacques Cousteau 25 years after flooding someone's kitchen.... Assuming that you were singing at the time you fell in ;D I think maybe you could be referred to affectionately as "Billy Bass Junior" And here he is, folks, if you want to bring him to life and hear his singing repertoire: www.amishdonkey.com/singing-bass.php

Roo, you join an elite band of pond divers......ask Jase.
My lad Conner fell in the pond at Jase's house last year at a BBQ. When we went around over xmas all the fish had crash hats on! ;D
