Springbok Club 2 Stout House F 3 Bill 1220 Dave 7510 A master class from Dave, kicked off with 3K, added a further 2.5K and 1K breaks to put the game out of reach of Bill. Bill slowly coming back after a bout of ill health, so really good to see him on his feet. Mike 710 Scott 3390 A scrappy start from both players, but Scott soon got to grips with the table and took control. Mike was hell bent on adding to the night out fund and battered poor Peggy. Gary 4320 Grant 1120 This was a game of nerves from both Grant and Gary, both making early mistakes and letting each other in. The game was evenly balanced until near the end when Gary got his head down to put in a decent score to secure the win. Trevor 1640 Stuart 3730 Stuart let me in early and I left the break short when stringing together a decent score. Stuart never gives more than one chance and punished my mistake with some decent play. Robin 4150 Lee 1210 Robin had to work for this regardless of what the score tells you. Lee was never out of it, but Robins experience eventually came through. As ever a great night with our friends the 'F's they are always so bloody nice, even in victory

Springbok Club 2 Stout House F 3
Alice 730 Stuart 3470
A one sided game really, Alice jumped in to help us out as without two of our players. Stuart was on top of his game and on this form he would have been hard to beat by many.
Gary 3940 Grant 3250
A very even game and one that Grant had control of for most of it. It took a late burst from Gary to claim the point.
Graham 490 Colin 1770
Grahams second game in 3 years and though he made a valiant effort he kept losing his points. Colin was off colour a little but did enough to seal the win.
Robin 3140 Lee 1080
Robin controlled the game from the off and Lee had a battle n his hands. Despite a couple of minor errors Robin was worthy of his point.
Trevor 2140 Scott 3960
Scott started confidentially giving me it all to do, I made silly mistakes and never really put any pressure on him.
Despite the outcome, we had another great night as ever with the F's. Thanks to Malcolm and Alfold Club for looking after us so well.

Springbok Club 2 Alfold SC 3
Trevor 870 Major 3200
Major set the pace and I simply messed up my attempt of the split and that was about it, despite Major losing loads of points I simply could not get to grips.
Gary 1720 Garry 3800
Young Gary had control of the game right until the death when Garry put a break of 2.5k together as the bar dropped.
Robin 4700 Sam 4420
Sam started with 2.5K with Robin coming back with 4K. Sam then took control of the table and put another 2 K on the board. Robin nudged ahead as the bar dropped, leaving enough balls for Sam, but it was not to be. A great Game.
Graham 1280 Dave 3050
After a 3 year break Graham came out of retirement to help us out. Though a little rusty he made a valiant attempt, but Dave remained steady and focused to claim the point.
Mike 2480 Kelly 1500
Mike was in control from the start with some decent play, Kelly did not falter in her challenge and made a real game of it.
A really pleasant night at the Stout House, who provided lovely sandwiches at the end.

Blue Ship 3 Springbok Club 2
Ding 2140 Gary 2940 A good battle this one, Gary made early mistakes allowing Ding to nudge ahead. Gary had to work to get his nose in front at the end and hold the balls as the bar dropped to secure the win.
James 1180 Mike 2230 Mike was always in control of this game and James just was not at the races for this one. Mike was steady throughout for a well deserved win.
Mick 6280 Robin 1220 A slow start from both Mick and Robin and though Mick got the break early on he left it up short, but Robin could not capitalize and you do not get many chances from Mick, who eventually got going to put the game beyond his opponents reach.
Simon 3050 Trevor 1490 I started well putting together a decent break, only to BP and lose all the points. Simon was slow to start, but showed off with some trick shots!!! I had my chance but blew it so no complaints.
Steve 120 Mike 0 Yep your eyes do not deceive you. Steve broke as Mike was playing the 5th Player Rule and he flew out of the blocks early on. Mike was chasing steadily bu Steve was always in control............. Then a nasty kick from the bottom of the table saw the ball take out the BP as the bar dropped and Mike on plenty of points to secure the game. With 4 balls left Mike went for the 50 pocket, only for it to throw out and bundle over the BP. This left 2 balls on the bottom cushion, the closet was nominated as the cue ball, Steve struck and scored 20, one ball remaining.... he missed the 100, then Mike missed etc etc etc etc until eventually much to his relief Steve potted it. All in all probably the fairest result owing to all the points he had lost previously.
A very enjoyable evening with our friends at the Blue Ship, great to see it busy with happy customers. Great Hot Dogs and Chips finished off a decent night.

Alfold SC (3CP's) 1 Springbok Club 4
Guy 690 Mike 1650
A debut appearance for young Guy who showed glimmers that he could be a great young player. Mike's experience won through and keeping his head he built up his score to secure the point.
Steve 2250 Robin 3550
A good little battle this one, Robin started slowly and Steve took advantage putting a decent break together. Robin eventually got into the flow, but it was a bit of a struggle getting the balls back.
Rachel 660 Trevor 2100
I missed the break and allowed Rachel in early, the table got tied up with the balls at the bottom of the table and neither of us were able to get them back for another attempt at the split.
Jacob 1750 Gary 6920
Gary was simple on form tonight, but despite that Jacob made his mark. On any other night Jacob would have got a result, but had to stand and watch as the Master went to work.
Jason 4470 Gary (5th player rule) 4430
The score says it all!! Jason broke and put over 2K on the board, Gary responded slowly, but he too eventually got a break together to put him in touch of Jason. It was then a battle of wills that Jason won through. It was an exciting match to watch.
It was a good night with our friends rounded of with decent rolls. One observation we all made is the table is a challenge once the balls are at the bottom.

Springbok Club 2 Roffey SSC 3
Trevor 2340 Pete 4240 Pete made a positive start with a 2K break, we then both struggled to get the break back and when I did I ran out of time though the break made my defeat look a bit better.
Mike 2520 Clacky 3230 A good close game with both players evenly matched. Mike did have the game in the bag but for one minor error that allowed a relieved Clacky back in.
Jim 690 Sniffer 4340 Sniffer started strongly and that left Jim a mountain to climb. Sniffer played his shots well and when Jim had an opportunity he simple did not get the rub of the green.
Gary 3350 Dementia 2300 Home table won this for Gary, not taking anything way from hm though. Dick was steady throughout but Gary kept his nose in front.
Robin 4070 Twiggy 1370 Twiggy made an early mistake playing the split too soft to let Robin in and that was about it. Both players played well, but Twiggy was left ruing the fact he should of had three weetabix for breakfast.
Greta to see the Roffey Boys and Gal, evening topped of with a nice selection of sarnies and pastries.

Southwater SC 5 Springbok Club BFZ
Tony F 3930 (4 player rule) Trevor 660 (4 player Rule) It was not a great start from either player but eventually Tony got in the zone, whilst I got into the pegs
Keith 3350 Gary 1460 Keith really started slow but mid game tore into Gary's lead and that was that. Gary simply could not get to grips with the table.
Tony T 4660 Trevor 960 I started slightly better than the first game, but that was about it. Tony got into the flow and never looked back.
Mel 5550 Bill 2390 Bill started confidently and took an early lead. Mel had to work hard to get into the game, but once he got going he took control.
Tony F 3870 Robin 2270 Another steady start from Robin that was just not enough, Tony was far more steady in this game than the one against me.
Nice to be back....... despite the result we had a good evening, lovely sandwiches and wicked Pickled Onions

Can I ask all the teams in our league to screw their black pegs to the table when you play us please as Jim seems to have collected a pocket full so far this season and I'm not sure there's room for many more!! ha ha ha. Have to agree it was a great night with the 4 Roffey CC boys and what an unexpected result!! Bill was absolutely the pick of the bunch but lets not take anything away from all 9 players, all who gave no quarter. Poor Jim "The Peg" he surely is the unluckiest player of the season, but we know he can play and no doubt he is going to batter someone soon. Merry Christmas to all see you in 2017

Springbok Club 1 White Hart 4
Mike 450 John 4750
Once John found the break it was a struggle for Mike to chase him, it did not help he hit the peg on numerous occasions. John as ever was solid.
Robin 1930 Colin 5800
This was a close game at the start with neither player making a mark, however Sparrow eventually got his eye in and put poor Robin to the sword.
Trevor 1390 Neil 5120
Neil burst out the blocks and it was catch up for me after that, I struggled to get the balls back and that was it. Neil was a worthy winner.
Bill 2450 Barney 5057
Similar game to Rob and Sparrow with Barney putting in a decent score late on the claim the point, until that Bill was right up with him.
Gary 3070 Dave 2960
A very close game, made a bit more challenging as the scores got put on the wrong side, I believe it was fairly addressed, but there was clearly some controversy that soured the result a little. Both Dave and Gary handled it well and credit to them both for staying focused on the game.
A pleasant night with the White Hart lads as ever.

Springbok Club 3 Alfold SC 2
Robin 4960 Dave 600
Dave lost a big score at the start and that was that, Robin was slow to start but eventually put together a decent break. Dave had no luck
Mike 710 Garry 5930
Neither player flew out of the blocks, but once Garry got his eye in he took control. Mike just did not get the rub of the green
Trevor BP Sam 3600
I was pants simple as that and donated a considerable amount to the curry fund. Sam was steady throughout for a well deserved win.
Gary 2990 Major 1660
Lost count of the points lost by Gary, but he did enough in the end. A bit of a scrappy game rally and if the Major had just put a bit more on the cue call he would possibly have got the break more often rather than the one up.
Bill 2440 Sam (4 player rule) 1900
A close game that swung from one to the other Bill was as steady as ever and Sam kept the pressure on.
A close match and a decent night with the locals.

Stout House F 4 Springbok Club 1 Stuart Hope 2080 Mike Edwards 750 Dave Simmons 7390 Bill Hicks 960 Colin Bolton 2650 Trevor Goacher 2630 Scott Hope 2330 Robin Burgess 1540 Grant Hope 1460 Gary Marshall 2660 Game 1: Nothing going for Mike, Pops’ dancing paid off. Game 2: Bill took an early lead, Dave found some form from somewhere with a 5k5. Game 3: Trev, having played pants for most of the game, found some last ditch inspiration with a 1k9 to just get his nose in front, only to miss the 100 with the last ball. Colin sunk it to take the point. Game 4: A scrappy affair. Rob off form, Scott off the train. Game 5: Another scrappy game, Gaz hanging in to take a point for the visitors. A very enjoyable evening with the Springbok team. Table a bit unfriendly at times made for some close games. Was a great night, the table was not awful, just challenging and once you got the break sorted it was fine. Result a bit damaging to the Boks but does not take away the fact is was a great night. Thanks

Springbok Club 2 Limeburners 3
Robin 3060 Chip 4880 A fairly even game this one, but Chip was always a nose ahead, Robin pushed valiantly to reduce the gap but time was not on his side.
Bill 4370 Rick 6320 A great game to watch, Rick took the expected lead, Bill came back with 4K to take a brief but deserved lead, Rick played out the table to claim the game with a 3K break.
Jimmy 2170 Brian 1730 Debutante Jimmy got out first point on the board with some steady plying. Brian was terribly unlucky to BP half way through losing a decent score that would have secured the win for him.
Gary 8190 Bill 1060 Bill left the split up short and that was about that. Gary back on form, following a slow start for the season played the table well and gave Bill no chance.
Trevor 2070 Dick 4030 This is a game I let get away, Dick was not on his usual form and gave me several opportunities to make the game mine, but I messed it up and a 2K break at the end for Dick was the clincher.
A very good night of billiards as the scores show, either team was worthy of the win and well done to the Limeburners. It was a great fun night.

Three Bees 3 Springbok Club 2
Steve 3010 Trevor 1570 A slow start from both Steve and I, but eventually Steve put a couple of decent breaks together, I was chasing from the off having missed the second split.
Dave 3440 Robin 1550 A similar game as the first with Robin missing the split and then chasing the game. Dave was as ever steady and knows the table well.
John 2470 Gary 3790 A game that saw both players have their chances, but Gary came out on top. John did not get a lot of luck and Gary took full advantage.
Mike 1330 Bill 1900 Both Bill and Mike battled to get the points on the board, but Bill stuck steadfast to stay in front. Mike was also unlucky not to get more from this game.
Lynn 2310 4th Player Rule (Gary) 2170 A close game throughout and Lynn took advantage of breaking fast. Gary chased throughout and got ahead as the bar dropped. He then missed the clincher giving Lynn the opportunity to clear the table and win, which she did very well.
As ever a great night over with our friends, lots of chatter, laughs and decent sandwiches to finish the night off with.

Springbok Club 2 Blue Ship 3
Mike 680 Mick 4290
A slow start for both players, but once Mick got the break sussed he pushed ahead. Poor Mike kept finding the peg, at least the curry night will benefit from his fines.
Trevor 620 Steve 4120
Simply really, Steve got the break and then i just could not get the balls back, I also added to the curry fund.
Gary 4800 Ding 2360
Ding gave a good account of herself and did not let Gary in with too many chances. He was on better form tonight and it was needed as Ding kept the pressure on.
Robin 4430 Simon 110
Simon made an early error and let Robin in to put the points on the board (plus lose some on the way). Simon suffered as I did, everything he tried the balls would not come back. The BP went down to add insult to injury too.
Bill 3160 James 3880
Game of the night with both players taking the lead throughout. James had the table as the bar dropped and that was the difference between the two. A good game to watch.
As ever the Blue Ship clan were in good form and really sociable, always a pleasure.

White Hart 3 Springbok Club 2
John 5450 Bill 690
A master class from John gave Bill very little opportunity.
Barney 1660 Robin 5710
Similar game as the previous with Robin playing very well. Barney was given chances but luck was not with him.
Colin 2750 Mike 1550
A closer game, with Colin making the early move. Mike did come back at him but run out of time.
Dave 2580 Trevor 1790
I split 4 times and that was about it, Dave put a decent score on the board and I could not get the break back.
Neil BP Gay 3000
A very close game with both Neil and Gary nicking the lead from one another. Neil needed the 200 at the end but unfortunately the BP tumbled.
A great night with old friends, good luck in the next round chaps.

Mike 1810 Rachel 1330 Rachel started confidently and put Mike under early pressure, however he slowly pulled the points back despite a messy table
Gary 3510 Lewis 2730 Lewis took early control and at one point it looked like Gary was going to put his worst score ever on the pro board. Fortunately Gary put a decent break together at the end of the game to seal victory.
Trevor 3020 Jacob 1630 Jacob let me in early and I managed to put some points up, Jacob came back steadily and I had to work hard to ensure I stayed in front.
Bill 2230 Jason 2580 A good close game with both Bill and Jason nicking the lead from one another. Jason played as steady as ever and his tenacity gave him the point.
Robin 8160 Steve 540 Steve left the break short and that was that, Robin strung together a couple of big breaks allowing Steve the opportunity to go for a cigarette.
A great night with out friends down the road, decent chili finished the night off

Roffeey SSC 3 Springbok Club 2 Clacky 6510 Mike 1380 Mike found the break easy, too easy, four times in fact and that let Clacky in to put a load of points on the board. A late rally from Mike was not enough. Dicky 6330 Bill 770 Again Bill started brightly only to peg and allow Dicky to take control with some steady play. Bill just could not get going or the break back. Sammy 1030 Trevor 3430 I started fairly brightly, but never enough points on the board for total security. Sammy had no luck and could not get the break back until late in the game and with time running out made an error that allowed me to clear up as the bar dropped. Sniffy 2180 Gary 3450 Well this was a scrap, neither players played their usual flowing game. Gary took the early lead and stayed there, though Sniffy was right on his backside to the end. Fishy 10,090 Ken 660 We welcomed back Ken after a two year abstention and what a baptism of fire it turned out to be. An early error by Ken let in the Fish and he tore into him with venom. Some great breaks were too much for poor Ken. A great night, the usual banter, nice to see the old Railway Boys raising the class in the team

Springbok Club 2 The Railway 3 Trevor 1890 Sniffer 6450 Sniffer shot off with 4.5K and gave it all for me to do. I made a kind of valiant attempt, but the hill was too steep to climb Mike 800 Skippy BP I am unable to put into words the genuine shock we all felt for Skippy when he BP'd with a commanding score just as the bar dropped. Though grateful for the point Mike knows he was on the back foot throughout. Skippy was very gracious and has to be applauded for the way he took the loss which was down to bad luck. Rob 3570 Stuart 6880 A great game this, Stuart as expected got into it immediately putting 3K up. Rob came back with a similar score before Stuart took to the table again. Table time won this game, not one player being better than the other as both were equally matched. Vernon 3920 Clacky 3710 It took a very late charge by Vernon to clear up with about 2K to rip this win out of Clacky's grasp. Clacky was in control for most of the game and Vernon had to put in some decent shots to set up the final winning break. Gary 2970 Mark 3230 Mark mis-cued at the start letting Gary in, but the normal dependable skipper did not take advantage. Mark came back to take the lead leaving Gary to chase. This was a crucial game for both teams so obviously nerves played their part, but no discredit to the loser, he has as ever played a captains innings throughout the season. Great night with the Railway Boys and Gal, banter and laughter makes the night. Well done to SH A's for finishing 2nd in Div 2, we almost got ya

Three Bees 3 Springbok Club 2 Tommy 580 Vernon 1810 A slow game, one that Vernon stayed in front for it all, but it did not set the world alight (Sorry guys ) Lynn 1560 Robin 2560 Lynn took an early lead, forcing Rob to wake up, a decent break in the middle of the game by him left Lyn too much of a hill to climb. John 4330 Mike 670 A master class from John leaving Mike as an observer. John playing some slick shots that left us in awe, while other appeared to struggle with the table. Steve 3810 Trevor 1050 Steve was able to find the split easily while I continued to pot one ball, get the balls back and start again. Steve stayed in control throughout. Discussing the break after the game he said if I was a bit thinner I would have got it, I did not think I was that big Dave 3190 Gary 2220 Gary played the split normal for once, but with no strength leaving Dave an opportunity to get ahead, after that Gary was chasing and Dave was never going to concede the lead. A great night, The Three Bees wanted the points to stay in Div 1, we needed the points to get there!!! Hey Ho Lovely sandwiches on offer with piping hot fries were most welcome. Thank you

Springbok Club 3 Stout House A 2
Gary 2730 Tony 1910 A nervous and close game throughout, Gary did nudge in front, but Tony always on his tail. Gary relieved to hear the bar drop
Mike 810 Brian 3840 Brian left the break short and Mike missed, from then on Brian mastered the table and was a pleasure to watch.
Robin 6280 James 3220 A cracking game that was a lot closer than the final scores show. Robin did put together a couple of useful breaks but James showed he is a class player too with some decent cue play as well.
Trevor BP Craig 2820 For me this was a messy game, whatever I tried I simply could not get the balls back and I had my chances. Craig kept his head down to keep adding valuable points to the board. I did get the break with the bar and 6 whites left, split cleaning twice BP on the third. Hey Ho
Bill 2590 Barry 2580 A close and nervous game which Barry commanded from the start, however Bill stayed cool and finished with the 100 to win by the smallest of margins.
A great night, very close as expected and decent game by both teams.

Springbok Club 3 The Blue Ship 2
Gary 5740 James 1020 James struggled to find the break allowing his opponent in a break of 3K followed by another just short of 2K done the business for Gary, though James did start getting back into the game as time ran out.
Robin 5610 Ding 850 It has to be said that Ding was not on her usual steady form, she kept finding the wood, but improved once her cue had received another turn by Steve. Robin ever being the gent took full advantage of his table time and scored a couple of 2Ks to secure the point.
Trevor 1630 Simon 3040 Simon flew out of the blocks with a decent 2K and though I got the break back I missed the split, hit the peg and that was that. Simon then slowed allowing me an opportunity to build up some points but it was a struggle.
Bill 3970 Mick 3770 The game of the night, both players were in great form. Mick took the early lead with a couple of grand, Bill fought back to get within touching distance. Mick again pulled away, but Bill stuck to the task and put together a finishing break with a last ball 100 to ensure Springbok got the point.
Trevor 2640 Steve 3180 Another loss for me, but in fairness it was a decent enough game and it was almost a reverse. Steve was always in front, though I had the chances and missed them to get ahead. We both put decent scores together and had the 3 ball split worked out at the end I could have easily stolen the game. However I missed and with the remaining balls Steve put more distance between us.
A smashing night the lovely people from the Blue hip are always friendly and accommodating. Thanks

The Railway 4 Springbok Club 1 (Played at Stout House) Clacky 4160 Robin 4260 Yep that close!! Rob took the early lead and was in a winning position until Mick put 3K plus on the board as the bar dropped, whilst in control of the table. He left a crucial shot short leaving Rob 3 balls to sneak the win, first pot great, leaving 2 balls, which if both sunk took the game. NO, he left one up with game tied, fortunately he got the 100, but by jolly it was close. Great Game by both players Sniffer 5210 Bill 2110 Sniffer took off leaving Bill in his wake, but with equal breaks any thing can happen (no it is not the FA Cup). Bill matched him early on, but eventually sniffer got into the swing of things to claim the point. Again a very good game to watch with both players playing well. Stu 10520 Mike 230 That says it all I am afraid, Mike missed his break, Stu hit 6K, Mike snuffled a couple of balls in, Stu hit 4K, game over. Great performance by Stu, unlucky on Mike. Rob 6980 Trevor 730 Rob started without making an impression, I followed suit but lost my points, it was then a game of watching for me.4K and 2K visits from Rob put paid to our dream. Adam 4510 Gary 2190 Both started slow, Gary a little slower!. Skippy settled in eventually to put a couple of decent scores on the board. Gary simply was not at his best. Great night, deserved winners, great sarnies and hospitality from the landlord.

Game 2: Scrappy affair, Gaz lost 3k to start, snatched the game from Grant with a 200 finish. Game 3: Rob not settling tonight, steady game from Dave. Game 4: Fair bit of woodwork, more Mike's than Colin's. GAme 5: Not so high scoring but no less super, Sub Lee grabbed the decider after the bar had dropped. Fun evening as usual with the Springboks finished with some of Barry's gourmet sandwiches. Great night, well done to the super subs, Lee in particular showed no fear.

Roffey SSC 5 Springbok Club BFZ
Twiggy 4280 Bill 1870 Twigs put his defeat from Monday behind him and set about his task with gusto. Bills early slip up let Twigs in and though he came back with a late flurry Bill ran out of time.
Pete the Fish 8850 Gary 910 Score says it all, Gary simply not on his usual form and Pete was never going to let him in.
Moose 3810 Trevor 2010 I took the early lead and as much as he tried Moose simply could not get the break back (nor could I). 5 minutes to go Moose got all the balls down, smashed in 2K and that was that.
Jim 7280 Robin 4800 Rob started well putting on a couple of grand, Foxy came right back at him, pushing ahead. Rob again got the break back and though another 2K went on the board, not enough time to catch the sly old Foxy.
Dick 5480 Mike 1590 A slow start from Mike allowed Dick to control the game and though Mike settled and started to put a score together just did not have enough to snatch the point.
Well we had forgot what it was like to get a BFZ, and it brought us back to earth. Great Night, with good company, sandwiches and laughs.

White Hart 3 Springbok 2 Barney 1490 Trevor 3620 Trevor 3k opening break on his return good to see him back Colin 1300 Gary 7590 Gary not giving Colin a lot of chances John 9730 Robin 580 Robin not taking enough of the break John at his best with too big breaks Dave 3300 Bill 2590 slow start in this one Dave taking an early lead Bill coming back with 1.5k to get in touch only to break down letting Dave clinch it Neil 4790 Mike 1580 Nice steady game from Neil Mike never in it Table very good tonight as you can see Nice to see Trevor fit and well but he did not need to take it out on me!!! Cheers Barney, I will have to take 8 week breaks from the game more often!! To be fair the table played lovely,a credit for it being set up well. Great night, with decent company and grub.

Springbok Club 2 Limeburners 3
Trevor 910 Bill 2380 A bit of a scrappy game, with neither Bill or I making much sense of the split. I hit the BP along the way, oh joy!!
Robin 2980 Rick 3850 A better game, but again the split seemed to be a challenge, Rick made a steady start and Rob matched him, but crucial mistakes denied him of the point,
Gary 4770 Brian 1640 Brian made better sense of the split but left up short, Gary's first attempt was poor, but on his second visit he made no mistake and secured the win.
Bill 3160 Mark 2270 A more even game this one with Mark and Bill nibbling away at each others scores. Bills knowledge of the table did shine through though and he got a deserved point.
Mike 1610 Chip 2900 Chip started a bit shaky but soon got into the groove, Mike kept up the challenge, but like others before him crucial mistakes cost the game,
A night when many could not get the split, but could find the pegs!! A decent lasagne with garlic bread was the offering, splendidly supported by Bills wicked pickled onions

Blue Ship 3 Springbok Club 2
S Bailey 1850 G Marshall 2090 A game that saw chances for both players come and go. Neither Simon or Gaz got to grips with the table, but it was an exciting finish with Simon needing the 200 hole to snatch victory only to leave it short for Gaz to secure the point.
D Johnson 480 R Burgess 7750 Rob shot off from the start leaving Ding everything to do. Though she tried ding just did not get the rub of the green and Rob's calmness saw him put decent breaks together.
M Johnson 5440 T Goacher 1680 I flew out of the blocks, accumulated a load of points and then lost them all!! Mick takes no prisoners and set about causing further pain by putting decent breaks together. I tried to recover, but simply not enough time.
J Childs 3810 B Hicks 2310 A decent game with both James and Bill nipping at each others heals. James knowledge of the table probably won through in the end, but Bill was a worthy opponent.
S Holder 8490 B Hicks 640(4 player rule) One way traffic this one with Steve flying off from the break and never looking back. Bill was not given a chance to rediscover his form from the previous game and could only watch in wonder, along with the rest of us.
A fantastic night filled with laughter and a lot of mickey taking, all in good spirits I add. Lovely Chicken Korma to round of a very pleasant night.
